Lunavita was born from my own journey of healing — a journey that began through the power of touch, awareness, and embodiment. As a certified massage therapist, yoga instructor, and postpartum doula, I discovered how slowing down and reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythms opens the door to true healing.

In my Holistic Massage Therapy Program I learned about each vital system of the body, how they connect to each other and how important it is to prioritize our health as a whole.
